TESA

When male partner semen analysis shows azoospermia, then taking out sperm directly from the testis could be one option. This procedure is done under anaesthesia, with small needle sperms is taking out directly from the testis. Before deciding for surgery your clinician will do certain test on you, and will tell you about the probability of obtaining sperms. Certain hormonal test and /or chromosomal test of male partner are required before decision of surgery.
