• Donor oozyte (DO) conception has allowed many women of advanced age to achieve successful pregnancies. The demand has grown steadily with the trend of delayed child bearing.

 • In this donor eggs will be taken from anonymous donor after all legal consents. These eggs will be injected by your husband sperms and culture in lab for creating embryos. The details of donor and recipient will be confidential. In this matching of certain features will be done b/w donor and treating couple. Basic investigation on donor will be done. Known fertile donor with free of possible disease will be chosen. Donor selection will be done according to ART guidelines. The data will be confidential in hospital. Couple need not to share the info with anyone.

 • Donor egg IVF should consider as a last resort for female infertility when all measures are failed.

Who Need Donor Eggs ?

• Advanced maternal age and greatly reduced ovarian reserve , where pregnancy with own egg not possible.

 • If woman is not medically fit to go through IVF stimulation.

 • If woman is suffering from genetically transmissible disease.

 • Recurrent failed IVF cycles due to poor quality eggs.

 • Previous poor response in multiple IVF cycles.Recurrent pregnancy loss.

 DONOR SPERM

Donor sperm can be used in IUI also if female fertility is adequate after confirmation of tubal status. If female required IVF then in IVF also donor sperm can be used. Donor sperm will be collected from sperm bank registered with ICMR.

Who Need Donor Sperm Insemination ?

• Azoospermia with failed TESA.

 • Azoospermia or severe OATS with financial restrictions.

 • Husband is suffering from hereditary genetic defect.
